Aspen Beach House is a family friendly 5,176 sf home (2,794 interior sf) located in Grayton Beach. With 4 bedrooms/5 full baths, Aspen Beach House will sleep up to 12 guests and offers a 21’ x 9’ private heated pool (heating fee applies) and a 5-minute stroll to the beach and “downtown” Grayton. Carport parking for 1 vehicle. Driveway parking for 4 vehicles.
Historic Grayton Beach is 30A’s original beach community, founded in the mid-1880’s, which has stayed true to its funky, eclectic vibe. With its designated Blue Wave beach, Grayton Beach has been listed in Dr. Steven Leatherman's (“Dr. Beach”) infamous Top 10 Beaches of America FOUR times since 1991 (#1 in 1994, #6 in 2016, #3 in 2019, #1 in 2020), thanks to its pristine coastline and untouched dunes. Aspen Beach House – and Grayton Beach itself - has so much to offer, you may never want to venture farther out along 30A!

Second Level: Main living room, dining table for 10, bar seating for 5, bistro seating for 2, fully equipped kitchen, 1-bedroom, full bath, laundry room, 10’ ceilings, covered balconies, screened balcony dining for 6.

We enjoyed staying at this house because of its close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Some of our relatives stayed in the house next door, which made it even more fun!

We stayed at Grayton House over Spring Break in April and loved every minute of it. With 4 adults and 4 kids we had more than enough room. The pool was a great addition except it wasn't heated when we arrived as promised but that was quickly remedied. The location is great as well since we were so close to many restaurants, shops and the beach. You could walk everywhere but we rented bikes with the credit we received in addition to a golf cart. The house does have a ton of stairs though so that could be difficult for some guests. Highly recommend this house and we hope to come back!

We all needed this week and vacation away from our daily lives to slow down and reset. By the end of the week, everyone in our family did just that! The weather wasn't exactly sunny and the ocean was a bit choppy, but still it all worked out to enjoy beach time and your adorable home away from home. Your beautiful home was a blessing for our family! We celebrated Poppy's 70th Birthday here. The water was the most beautiful we have ever seen. The weather was perfect and it was such a treat to return from the sand and heat to take a cool dip in the pool. Thank you for renting out your lovely home.
