I must say, the online photos of Aerial View don't do it justice. Every single one of us on this trip were in awe of the beautiful space and stunning location. The parking spots were perfect, and the three levels of living space provided everything we needed. The breathtaking sunset views from the top deck were absolutely out of this world! And the well stocked kitchen made for easy meal prepping! We've already shared your information with many friends who were envious of our amazing experience. I'd also like to extend a big thank you to your incredible team for their constant communication and their gracious, helpful manner.

My family of 9 stayed here for a week at the beginning of August 2024. 6 adults ranging from 47 to 87 and three teens ages 14 to 21. We loved this house. It allowed us to all spread out and have our own space and felt very spacious and comfortable. It was clean upon arrival and we were frequently contacted by the property management company leading up too and during our stay for any assistance we might need. It was a short walk to the beach and the town which was fabulous. The elevator was amazing, the pool was a nice break from the beach and the kitchen was a great size for so many people. Minimal notes: The family room TV is mounted way too high and was difficult to see (we watched a lot of Olympics), no dresser in the 3rd floor master, there was not a lot of useful instructions on operating the TV, the sauna, maps of town, recommendations for delivery food or restaurants, that sort of thing but those are minor gripes. They do not have a Keurig so bring cone sized filters to make coffee. The washing machine is huge so that is a definite plus. Just a great house. We'd stay again.

The property was very accommodating for us, our kids and grandkids! Plenty of space! The location was ideal, short walk to beach and Seaside center area. So many options so close. Bike rental was definitely a plus! We will be back!

Fantastic property just a short walk to the beach and to Seaside square. Loved having pool and a hot tub. There are also 2 large ice makers in the house, so we never needed to get extra ice, even with a full house. Definitely would stay again.

We hit some storms but despite the weather, we had an amazing time! The pool was a huge hit since it was red or double red flag at the beach. We loved the food trucks at Seaside, not to mention the ice cream! We loved the gorgeous house with beautiful bathrooms and the incredible kitchen and family spaces. We'll be back soon, and we hope the third time is a chance for plenty of sunshine!

The Bitsis and Wolfe Fams had such an awesome time!! We were probably in the pool more than we were at the beach. We will be back! Thank you so so much for the experience!

What an amazing home. There were 11 adults and one baby here for the week and we loved our time! Our married kids all enjoyed their own rooms and the baby's pack-n-play fit perfectly in a closet. We spent plenty of time gathered in the main floor enjoying meals together and playing games. But the highlight for the adults was the third floor deck. Sunsets were beautiful and it was the perfect spot for our low county boil. Pictures just don't do this house justice. Thank you for a wonderful place to enjoy our first family vacation!

What a wonderful stay we've all had at Aerial View! A special thank you to the owners for renting their beautiful home for the Christmas/New Years holiday. This space served our family well with the right amount of bedrooms, sitting, and reading spots both inside and out, and a great kitchen and eating area to accommodate our 9 people. The proximity to town, shops, restaurants, the beach, and bike paths is such a huge amenity. We chose to walk as much as we could! The view (hence the name of the house) from the 3rd floor deck is truly extraordinary. Such a wonderful spot to view sunsets, sunrises, have quiet time. Thanks so much!

4th visit to this wonderful home...we call it "our beach house". We were fortunate that "Ian" never made it to this part of the gulf-just some winds and beautiful weather. We look forward to spending great family time here every year. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay this week. We loved the house! We were here for our annual friend group trip which now includes our adult children. The house was beautiful and so was the pool. We loved the roof top deck as well. Thank you for letting us stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in your amazing home. We were fortunate enough to have beautiful weather the whole week. We had 13 people here-ages 10-60 years old. We celebrated a few special occasions and lots of family time. The short walk to the beach and center of Seaside were so convenient. We went on bike rides through all the cute little streets. The pool was perfect-we enjoyed it morning, afternoon, evening, and night, perfect temp too. The rooftop deck was the cherry on top-morning cups of coffee, evening drinks and nighttime star gazing. We hope to be able to return soon!

We had an incredible stay at Aerial View! It was perfect for our multigenerational family -- plenty of gathering space to be together as well as private space to be apart. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed and the private pool was a perfect addition and used heavily given that we had many "red flag" beach days (no swimming). The location was ideal for beach access and walking into Seaside. The rental agency was communicative and responsive, and we made great use of the beach gear rental credits. We would definitely rent through Grayt30A vacations again!

We enjoyed a special week with our adult children and their families despite dodging the storm and winds from Tropical Storm Fred!! Your home was perfect for our three families allowing us to spread out and have some degree of privacy for everyone. This was our first time to the Panhandle, and Seaside, Seagrove, and Watercolor are charming!! Thanks again for sharing your lovely house!!

My family and I stayed a week at Aerial View, and the house is just beautiful. It has a wonderful kitchen equipped with a large upscale stove and refrigerator. The butler’s pantry is so handy to keep snacks and drinks. The living area is in 2 sections which is nice. The bedrooms all have king beds and bathrooms with the very best showers. The beds are very comfortable. The elevator takes you to the 2nd and 3rd floors. The 3rd floor has another ice maker and coffee pot. The balcony on that floor looks out at the beach and Seaside. There is a private swimming pool that we enjoyed every day when we got back from the beach. This was the best house that I have ever rented.

Aerial View was perfect! You have thought of everything. Loved the kitchen, butler pantry; the elevator was so helpful. Great location for the beach and shops. We loved getting to know the area; we will be back.
