This house works out great for our large family!

We had the best time at Mimosa Mornings! We made a lot of great memories and the house was beautiful. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Gulf trace is our favorite neighborhood to stay in along 30A. We have been coming 26 years, and have stayed in numerous areas. This house is amazing, especially for a large family. The pool area is definitely the gathering place for everyone after the beach house was so clean, and any issues were handled immediately! AC works great in all of the rooms, love the layout of the house. Only concern for some people might be the amount of stairs to navigate the different levels. For us, not a problem at all!

Our family had such an amazing week here at Mimosa Mornings. It's not easy gathering 12 people from all around the South to one spot, but after this week, we're already working on making it happen next year! The house immediately felt like a home. There were some great memories made this week and we so appreciate making them in this beautiful setting.

Amazing week of memories at the beach with family and great friends. We have loved our time together at Gulf Trace yet again, and Mimosa Mornings has been an incredible home for our group of 12. We can't wait for fall break 2024 to do it all again!

Another terrific week for our group of fifteen! Weather was great, sunrise walks with grandkids, followed by pool time, ping pong, beach time and trips up and down 30A filled our day. Daily gatherings at sunset occurred with several of our crew! Mimosa Mornings remains a wonderful place to make great family memories!

Great place for large family gathering. The elevator was a life-save, especially for some of us older folks. So many spots to enjoy; the main floor, the well-stocked kitchen, the screened porch, the multiple decks, the pool, the 2nd floor lounge area, the pool, and, of course the Beach. We could have stayed 2 weeks in order to enjoy all the areas. This home provided a true respite for our family.

What a delightful experience! The house was cool, comfortable and flooded with natural light. You anticipated every meal. We loved the two living areas-perfect for teenagers. The furniture was comfortable and the dining table was perfect for our large group. The week was a celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary with our two daughters and their families...just a perfect milestone week! You were a pleasure to work with and we appreciate all your timely information. Thank you!

Great house, great location! 16 of us ranging from 5 to 74 and there was plenty of room. It is also very convenient to the beach. Lucky for us the house across the way has not been rebuilt so the view was fabulous.

Hello! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at the Mimosa Morning house. It is so nice and convenient having such an easy access to the beach. Not only was it fun and beachy, but it was also nice and peaceful considering we were on a private beach. There are many activities to occupy your time, including riding your bike to various locations. Many ice cream shops around. And if you explore around, you will find lots of places to buy souvenirs from. I really like how much outdoor seating this house has to offer. I can easy say that our family made forever lasting memories here!

What a cozy, comfy and calming feel this place has! It is simply a breath of fresh sea air in every room! There was no detail left unattended. We immediately settled in as if it were our own. Thank you so much for sharing this delightful place!!! What a blessing!

Our whole family had such a wonderful time! Time spent with family was such a Godsend. The attention to detail throughout this house is amazing and the design/open spaces made family time all the more meaningful. Thanks so much for creating such a warm and welcoming home.

Four generations together for the first time this year, ages 1 to 88. Mimosa Mornings was the perfect home for us. The combination of spotless, well stocked, comfortable and beautiful is hard to come by in any rental and you all knocked it out of the park. Thank you!! We made a point to try to sit on every single porch - such great outdoor space. Could there be a more perfect beach neighborhood?! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. It's hard to leave.

We have truly found our home away from home! This was our second time renting the house and it was even more fabulous than we remembered. Three families had plenty of space to enjoy all that Mimosa Mornings has to offer. It's proximity to the beach + pool made our Coronacation getaway relaxing and memorable. Thank you for being so accommodating and providing a place we could all enjoy and love. We will for sure be back soon!

We are usually a Disney cruise family, but with the pandemic, we had to cancel our Disney cruise to Alaska. We decided that a beach vacation would be a perfect Covid getaway. We will definitely be back. This house is nothing but perfect. We love everything about it. It was just my family of five here and my kids loved having their own rooms. My husband and I claimed the bedroom on the fourth floor. We love all the balconies and views. I love the screen porch and my daughter loved to cook in the kitchen. Thank you again! We will be back. What a fabulous way to break free of global pandemic/months of shelter-at-home - than to come to your fabulous home to restore, replenish, rejuvenate, reconnect, rest and have lots of fun! It's the perfect home for our family - the most fully stocked, well-thought out, comfortable beautiful place to gather our crowd! We enjoyed every aspect - especially the easy access to the beach, the lovely pool, the spacious "hang" areas. We want to come here every year! Dreading leaving this perfect place (we also had amazing weather!). My family is so grateful, and so am I!

We had an amazing time at the beach - Mimosa Mornings! The house was all and more than we could ask for! We had 18 people: from Denver, Atlanta, Auburn AL, Virginia, Huntsville and Madison, AL. We made new memories and laughed at the old memories. The house is absolutely beautiful with fabulous views from every room. We had 1 rain day from Tropical Storm Cristobal, but the rest of the week was perfect! It's always sad to leave the beach, but we look forward to coming back to Mimosa Mornings next year!! Thanks again!
