Perfect stay, great communication!

Really enjoyable house in a great neighborhood near Seaside and Watercolor. Enjoyed the house and had everything we needed. Only negative was the TV in the den was not easy to navigate and was difficult to just watch football and wifi was inconsistent.

This house was well located - under 10 minute walk to the beach - and the pool was just the right size for our group. It's a quick walk through the neighborhood into Seaside. The house was cozy and comfortable, and we loved having a front and back porch to enjoy coffee in the mornings. The property management team was quick to respond, and we'd love to stay here again in the future.

This house is very family friendly! My 4 kids enjoyed the bunk room. We walked or rode our bikes to Seaside town square everyday and the distance was do-able for my crew ages 10-5 years. The beach access was do-able, the stairs are long and narrow. There was quite a bit of construction going on in the neighborhood but it was not loud or bothersome. The pool was an excellent addition for early morning swims and cool off after the sandy beach. The house was clean and homey feeling. Grayt30a called and checked in on us asking how they could serve us; excellent customer service! We would stay here again for sure!

We had a fantastic time! The house is great. We love coming to the beach. We started bringing our kids since they were little and now they are all grown up. We have great memories from Milly Mae's!

Milly Mae's is such a fantastic beach house and we have so many special memories here. The recent redecorating is beautiful and the house comfortable fit two families with five kids. Some highlights were bonfire at the beach, dinner at Red Bar and happy hour at the Great Southern! Can't wait to book our next trip!

Best week ever! Thank you for opening up your home to us! It has been such a blessing to be able to share a place that I love with my children! We spent long days watching our kids and cousins playing in the waves and building sandcastles. We spent the afternoons walking into town, grabbing a mojito, and playing on the greenspace.
