In The Grove is a newly renovated, luxuriously appointed home featuring 2,044 square feet of indoor/outdoor living (1,604 interior sf). Comfortably accommodating 8 guests, In The Grove offers 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, hardwood and tile flooring throughout, tasteful lighting and artwork, high ceilings, stunning coastal interior design, private heated pool (heating fee applies, pool size 14’ x 7’ x 4’ depth), two covered outdoor porches and driveway parking for 4 vehicles (one under carport). Located in Old Seagrove, In The Grove is a quick stroll into Seaside and about a 2-minute walk to the Nightcap Street beach access. Please note - In The Grove is currently listed for sale (as of Dec 2024).

#4 loft bedroom has a 2 Twin beds. *Please note – there is no privacy door; staircase very steep and not recommended for elderly guests.
