High Tide is an outstanding home with Gulf views and private heated pool (heating fee applies), located just 200 feet from the private neighborhood beach access. With 4,778sf of indoor and outdoor porch living (2,932 interior sf), High Tide has 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, and will sleep up to 10 guests.
Enjoy being tucked away from 30A in this private Gulf Trace neighborhood, surrounded by the Grayton Beach State Park (1 mile of pristine beach!) and the Gulf of Mexico; the beaches along this stretch are among the most beautiful and private along 30A. PLEASE NOTE - Golf carts and on-street parking are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the Gulf Trace neighborhood, per neighborhood covenants.
High Tide borders the Grayton Beach State Park, named America’s #1 Beach in 2020 by Dr. Stephen Leatherman, aka Dr. Beach! “This beach boasts of its sugar-white sand and emerald green water where development has been restrained so big sand dunes still dominate the landscape. At the same time, all the amenities of great restaurants and accommodations are close by in the old town of Grayton Beach or Seaside," wrote Leatherman. Originally named the country’s top beach in 1994, Grayton Beach State Park has been listed FOUR times since 1991, finishing 6thin 2016 and 3rd in 2019.

We've been going to Destin for several years. This was our first visit to Grayton Beach. The beach was beautiful. The house was perfect. Thank you!! Our favorite moments were parasailing, renting jet skis, seeing dolphins, and touring Destin in a helicopter. We recommend Red Bar, Surfing Deer, the Food Trucks in Seaside, and Buddy's Fish Market to get fish to cook at home!

This beach is magical. We enjoyed staying out until dinner and watching the water, so beautiful. We will definitely back back to Grayton Beach! Definitely have to try Red Bar, classic fav. If you want a great lunch/dinner place with evening music, try The HUB. Great for kids and food.

Lovely home with nice special touches, especially the prayer by the door. One of our favorite homes so far! We enjoyed the pool and the night swimming, every lunch and dinner on the porch, sitting and reading by the beach, and getting in the water. Pizza from Brozinni's was wonderful! We highly recommend The Bay and Red Bar.

Rescheduled English Wedding Trip...4 long-ago college buddies and their trophy wives looked for another setting for reuniting. High Tide was beyond perfect! We followed our safe Covid practices and laughed in the face of Hurricane Delta. Come hell or (literally) high water, we prevailed and are so blessed for our time together. We travel a lot and have never seen or used a more magnificent kitchen. Lots of cooking in; we had everything we needed. Great barware! The upstairs porch swing with a book and a breeze - nirvana - and all of the bedrooms were so cozy and comfy. Visiting grandkids loved the bunk beds. We recommend Bud & Alley's, Stinky's Fish Camp and Shrimpers Seafood Market for fresh fish!

High Tide was beyond our expectations! We chose Grayton beach because we wanted to get away from the crowds on 30A during the pandemic. High Tide did not disappoint! Not only is it beautifully furnished (pictures don't do it justice), but the private pool and beach made us feel very protected from the crowds. In less than five minutes we were on the beach. We had chairs and umbrellas set up for us every morning-so convenient! Afternoons were usually spent at the spacious pool. Again, avoiding crowds, we chose to grill most nights, and got takeout twice. Not having to leave the beach or pool to get ready to go to dinner was a plus-enjoyed a family dinner every night around the big, beautiful dining table. This was the perfect beach trip for our family of six adults and two children! I highly recommend!

Our annual family beach trip. You have gone above and beyond to make this home a "home away from home." We loved it. Closeness to the beach, wonderful pool; no restaurants due to Covid so enjoyed grilling and take-out, allowing us to enjoy the house and pool. We recommend take-out from the Red Bar and Cake 30A!

Our 34th annual 30A family beach getaway. In all of the homes we have stayed in Gulf Trace, this house fit us the best: location, bedroom configuration, large living area, screened porch, bathrooms, pool, and well-equipped kitchen. Our evening meals (seafood every night!) were enhanced by your fabulous kitchen and dining areas. The beach!
Amazing home and everything you need. Very spacious at High Tide. Would definitely rent this lovely home again. Great offerings of renting bikes or chairs included!
