A beautiful, family friendly post-and-pier home in a prime location next to the Grayton Beach State Park, the newly renovated and expanded Dune Watch offers incredible Gulf and Park views. With 2,460 square feet (1,789 interior), Dune Watch sleeps up to 12 and offers 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, parking for 6 cars, and a short beach walk (approx. 15 minutes) to downtown Grayton icons The Red Bar, Chiringo’s and The Zoo Gallery.
Dune Watch has just undergone an expansion and total renovation, completed in May, 2024 and is BRAND NEW inside and out. There is a bed swing underneath the house to enjoy an al fresco afternoon nap, and the covered front porch offers the ABSOLUTE BEST VIEWS of the sunsets over the Gulf and State Park!
Historic Grayton Beach is 30A’s original beach community, founded in the mid-1880’s, that has stayed true to its funky, eclectic vibe. With its designated Blue Wave beach, Grayton Beach has been listed in Dr. Steven Leatherman's (“Dr. Beach”) famed Top 10 Beaches of America FOUR times since 1991 (#1 in 1994, #6 in 2016, #3 in 2019, #1 in 2020), thanks to its pristine coastline and untouched dunes. Dune Watch – and Grayton Beach itself - has so much to offer, you may never want to venture farther out along 30A!

We loved everything about our stay here! The home was so clean and comfortable, light and bright, and perfectly planned out and packed full of everything we needed. Both the views from the porch and the vibe of the neighborhood was so calm and peaceful (Keep an eye out everyone, we saw deer out grazing in the dunes!). Of course, our favorite part was this location so close to what seemed like a private beach! And even a rainy day here was enjoyable with games on the porch and naps on the bed swing! We hope to be able to spend more time here in the future!

We loved our family stay at Dune Watch! The porch overlooking the gulf and the dunes is awesome! It looks like the porch was recently expanded and we spend hours eating, relaxing, visiting, and napping in that space! The proximity to the beach with the path just across the street is perfect too! What a great location next to the dunes and just a short walk to the beach... Dune Watch is super comfortable, clean and the screen porch is a great place to hang out... the dune and ocean views are better than expected.
This is a wonderful place with a perpetually breathtaking view. The house is thoughtfully furnished for both quiet time and socializing. It's perfectly located near a bunch of cafes and shops and a few minute's drive to everything else. What a gem. Thank you, thank you!
