Pelican Trace is a recently built, luxurious 4,250 sf home located in the private, Gulf Trace neighborhood with an additional 2,416 sq of outdoor living. With 4 King en-suite bedrooms and 2 half baths (1 leading to enclosed outdoor shower), Pelican Trace will sleep up to 8 guests and offers a private saltwater pool and marvelous glpimses of the Gulf and Grayton Beach State Park. Driveway parking for 4 cars (garage not accessible to guests). Families will love the private, fenced backyard that backs up to the Grayton Beach State Park – lots of room for the kiddies to play on the lawn (yes…actual grass!) while the adults lounge around the amazing 17’ x 30’ saltwater pool!
Pelican Trace is a very short walk to either of the two private neighborhood beach access – just walk past 6 houses to put your toes in the sand. Being surrounded by the Grayton Beach State Park gives guests ONE FULL MILE of beautiful, undisturbed beaches to enjoy. PLEASE NOTE - Golf carts and on-street parking are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the Gulf Trace neighborhood, per neighborhood covenants.
Pelican Trace borders the Grayton Beach State Park, named America’s #1 Beach in 2020 by Dr. Stephen Leatherman, aka Dr. Beach! “This beach boasts of its sugar-white sand and emerald, green water where development has been restrained so big sand dunes still dominate the landscape. At the same time, all the amenities of great restaurants and accommodations are close by in the old town of Grayton Beach or Seaside,"wrote Leatherman. Originally named the country’s top beach in 1994, Grayton Beach State Park has been listed FOUR times since 1991, finishing 6th in 2016 and 3rd in 2019.

#1 En-Suite Bedroom has a King bed, walk-in shower, dual vanities, water closet.
Third Level: 3 bedrooms. 3 baths. Wet bar with beverage fridge. Laundry room with utility sink. Covered balconies (one with Gulf glimpse, one overlooks pool).
#2 En-Suite Bedroom has a King bed, vaulted ceiling, custom closet (can fit pack-n-play), Gulf glimpse, covered porch overlooking pool, dual vanities, soaking tub, walk-in shower, water closet.
#3 En-Suite Bedroom has a King bed, vaulted ceiling, double sink vanity, tub/shower (bath also opens into hallway).
#4 En-Site Bedroom has a King bed, vaulted ceiling, double sink vanity, walk-in shower.

The staff at Grayt 30A was so nice to work with. They were extremely helpful in answering all our questions leading up to our vacation. Christie and David were awesome. We rented Pelican Trace for the 1st time (we've stayed in that neighborhood for over 20 yrs and rented probably 15 or so of the houses) and this is now a fam favorite. We left some suggestions to make it even better such as providing shade over the pool, plastic cups in the kitchen, area rugs in the bedrooms (sand tracks into the bed), and an alarm on the outside of the pool door would be nice, especially when a napping baby is in the house & someone enters the lower floor door, and a lock on the back gate for obvious security reasons. The AC is awesome in this house. 1st time ever we never needed to call about the house being too hot. Thank you Grayt 30A for making our trip a good one!

This house was immaculate and lovely. Peaceful and more than enough space for our group of seven. The kitchen was very well equipped. So glad we booked here as we experienced 3 double red flag days during our stay, but were still able to enjoy the water because of the delightful pool. Would appreciate beach towels be provided simply because we came from thousands of miles away and would rather not transport in our luggage. But, a minor inconvenience! Plan on visiting again!

We had a wonderful trip at this beautiful house. We saw so much wildlife. I was so excited to see a manatee and a stingray. It was an eventful week - we had luxurious gifts sent here, celebrated a 60th birthday and shared many laughs. We hope to come back next year!
