Loved how close the beach and the town was to the house!! The pool was a great feature a well. Happy New Year!! Lots of Memories.

First time here and we loved it! The house was great. It was a perfect fit for Nana, Papa, Daughter, Son-in-law and 2 granddaughters (2&4). The girls loved the pool! We walked everywhere! Really enjoyed the front porch and porch swing! We loved the area! So peaceful and relaxing. We also enjoyed the beach and short walk to get there. Thank you for sharing this darling cottage with us!

We had a wonderful time staying at Moondance. It was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed walking to the beach in the mornings and going to Seaside shops in the evening. SunDog Books and The Art of Simplicity were two cute stores we visited. Nigel's Bananas and Gryo Hero had some great food and desserts. Our children enjoyed the pool and the neighborhood was nice and shady for walking our dog. We can't wait to come back to Santa Rosa next year.

Wonderful house, close to beach, shops, restaurants. Great backyard pool and screened in front porch. Really felt like home for a week and logistically seamless with the property manager. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfectly located between the beach and the town square and easy to get to both by walking. It was just the right size for six people and the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was well maintained and the girls had a blast! I would definitely recommend!!!

Moondance was the perfect beach cottage for our family! We loved enjoying the pool and cooking on the grill. We loved the short walk into Seaside. The front porch was so enjoyable for morning coffee. Thank you for sharing your cute beach cottage!

My family stayed in this beach house for a week and it was perfect! The walk to the beach was just a few minutes and the pool was great for evenings. Seaside town square and shops are just a couple of streets over. Publix is a very short drive. Highly recommend this property.

Location, location, location! Awesome location! The house was absolutely wonderful and so was the private pool! If you're planning to stay here be sure to reserve a golf cart in advance. We didn't and almost didn't get one. The only thing the owner needs to add is bicycles. We've stayed in Seaside in the past and the homes have always come with at least 2 bicycles. You can rent some anyway but I think there should be a couple provided. Having said that, it's nothing that would prevent me from staying here again. As a matter of fact, I would check here first when we come again. The bicycles are only a suggestion. Everything on this house is "as advertised". If it's available, RENT IT!

Loved this little bungalow! Walkable to the beach and Seaside. We rode our bikes around everyday and loved the area. We will definitely book this place again!!!

My partner and I stayed a week at the Moondance with our two dogs. We wanted a nice, private feeling place but with close walking access to the beach and restaurants. This place was perfect! We had no issues with check in or when we stayed. The house is clean and in great shape. The pool in the back feels private and it is nice to swim in. Public access to the beach is a short walk. We had a lovely vacation and can't wait to come back again!

The pool and screened porch were loved by all 5 of us. The walks to the beach and square were easy. I walked the beach quite a bit, and the Dogwood/Thyme access�is where it's at - so much less crowded for peak season. And the chair set-up recommended through Grayt30A was fabulous. The home does not have unnecessary�space, but has what you need. And thank you for being dog-friendly. Our vacation was better having our Frenchie join us. We would love to return to Moondance!

Thank you for a great stay. Moondance was just big enough for our extended family of 6. Great location, close to Seaside activities and the beach. So nice to come back from the beach, rinse off and jump into the heated pool, especially in late March!

Thank you for sharing your home with us so we could enjoy a fantastic spring break! This was our first time in Seaside and we think we did it right staying here-perfect walk or bike ride to everything. Also, loved having the heated pool for the cooler air temps.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here at Moondance. In fact, we will be back. We loved the 'Old Florida' feel and the many friendly local places! Our dogs, Abner and Cyrus were very comfy here and we all loved the weather!

There is nothing better than taking a dip in Moondance's private pool after a long relaxing day at the beach (club Cabanaman is a must, very nice folks). Spring break 2021! Greetings from Fayetteville, AR! We so enjoyed Moondance for the past week. The weather cooperated for a couple days, so we will go home with a little color. We really enjoyed the heated pool and the short walk into Seaside. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

This was a great first trip to Seaside. The house made it better. Everything was in such good condition and it is a beautiful house! We hope to stay here again. The outdoor shower made a huge difference and the beds were so comfortable! We loved all the art! We saw dolphins, sharks, jellyfish, fish and a sea cucumber! Could not imagine coming back here without this house. The pool was so nice. We loved it! Thanks for allowing us to stay here!

Great Getaway for Grandparents. The cottage is perfect in size, accommodations, and location to the beach.

Another year at the beautiful Moondance. 2020 is a year no one will ever want to repeat. So much chaos going on around us that our vacation this year was much needed. Thanks for helping our family make memories to last a lifetime. Until next year...
