Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful beach home. We had great weather, fun beach time, and lots of laughter. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. We had multiple generations here and it was perfect for our family. It's a grayt life!

Jada's Dare was just perfect for our group of 8! We loved the location, the view, proximity to the beach, and the pool! Hope to make a return visit to this beautiful vacation home!

We love Jada's Dare very much! It is a wonderful house to stay in! We also stayed in it last year and loved it so much that we had to come back. We also have the house rented for next years Spring Break. We also love Mimosa Mornings next door for our extended family. We have been coming to this area for a long time and used to stay at WaterColor, but since we found these houses we love Grayton even more. We've been coming to Grayton for 4 years now, we love spending my daughters birthday in Jada's Dare since its her favorite. Amazing house love the interior and the pool!

This is our family's second stay at Jada's Dare. We first stayed in August 22 but forgot to sign the book! My husband and I were married on this beach the first fall Mimosa Mornings was first available. We've come back each year with family and friends. I grew up coming to this beach and love every moment I spend here. Jada's Dare has become a favorite place to stay and we will absolutely return. The view is perfect and the layout is perfect for 2 families with children to enjoy. The bedrooms and bathrooms are cozy and luxurious. Thank you for all the time and effort put into creating a wonderful home away from home. We can't wait to return!

To say we enjoyed our time at your beautiful home is an understatement! This was our celebration of life trip. We have 5 grandchildren and one beat cancer and is in remission and one was in a near fatal car accident a year ago. His team of doctors told us he'd be permanently paralyzed on his left side and never get off a ventilator. He's a happy, heathy 4 year old now with no lasting effects. God gave our family 2 miracles and this trip was to celebrate! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

We have loved our time at Jada's Dare. It has by far been one of the most outstanding places we have ever stayed-and between those of us here, we have stayed everywhere from Navarre to Carillon for over 20 years. We are a heating and air family, so we greatly appreciated how cool the house stayed even with all the beautiful windows. And the view is perfect. The proximity to the walkover was a major plus. Your house is beautiful! Thank you for opening it up for people to enjoy. We definitely hope to come back!

Thank you Jada's Dare for a wonderful week! The last time our whole family was together was August 2019 which appears to be when this lot was purchased, and we were in Grayton Beach which we all fell in love with. Can't beach this home's location, how new and clean it is, and the pool/spa. All the kids had so much fun. We look forward to hopefully coming back again!

Jada's Dare was the perfect place for our annual family beach vacation. We loved so many things about this beautiful house-all the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, overall design, and the outdoor pool area! We had our annual fresh fish fry, used the new grill for a delicious burger night, and ate some very yummy shrimp tacos (we highly recommend Goat Feathers just down the road to pick up fresh catches of the day)! This vacation was even more special because of the newest member of the Newsome fam-we can't wait to come back next year and watch him love beach and family time as he grows! Cheers to another great year at Grayton Beach in the books!!!

Our parents treated us to the sweetest and most restful spring break! We loved the comfortable living room for Netflix binges on the rainy days! Such a sweet house for multigenerational vacation. The home was lovely and a great location. Thank you!

This property is absolutely beautiful. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within walking distance to the beach. Nicely decorated and very cozy beds. Lovely hot shower and shampoo and conditioner if needed. A kitchen with all the items you'd need and all very clean and well presented. We would definitely recommend, as we feel so lucky to have found this little treasure in the beautiful Santa Rosa. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

Thank you Jada's Dare for a wonderful week! Despite rain every day-but one, we all (10 of us) had a relaxing memory filled week. The grands enjoyed the beach each day after the rain! The house is truly a dream-Jada and Denise you did a fabulous job with the decorating! This is the first time this Kentucky crew has visited Grayton Beach-but not the last. We have always vacationed in Destin-but I think this beach will now be our new vacation spot. Again thank you for sharing your home with us!

Best week (and best house) ever! Our squad plus Granny united on 30A from across the country and had an amazing week. Chill at the pool, walk barefoot to the beach, soak up the perfect weather on the sand, take trips on the paddle board, make dinners...oh, these are but a few of the fun activities enjoyed this week. What a wonderful vacation our family has enjoyed. This is our first family vacation with all our grandchildren. My husband and I came with our 2 sons and their families for a total of 10. We were all very comfortable with plenty of space. We all had so much fun in the ocean and Jada's pool. We played games and made many memories. Lots of fun times together. We want to thank you for making this a memorable vacation.

Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy our vacation in your beautiful home. We loved being able to have a choice of using the beautiful pool or a short walk to the beach. It worked out well to have ample bathrooms in each bedroom and choices of tubs as well as showers. My husband and I came with our 2 daughters and six of our grandchildren. The weather started out a little rainy but by mid-week we had great weather for fun in the sun! This house is absolutely beautiful and we made great memories here!

We headed to Florida along with Tropical Storm Elsa on July 4th. Elsa kept on going while we stopped at Jada's Dare and enjoyed a week of bright sunshine, cool breezes and mostly blue water. Your house is awesome! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and all the amenities you provided, especially TV's in every bedroom and personal fans. The memories we have made here this week are priceless and will be cherished for many years to come. We will be back with the rest of our family members!

Dear Jada's Dare, you are beautiful and we created beautiful memories for our two families. We loved the house and easy access to the soft white sand and brilliant blue water. The river was extra fun for our littles and bigs...so kids of all ages! We enjoyed the lunches and dinners on the porch. Much time was spent in the pool, while everyone enjoyed a highly competitive ping-pong tournament. Our favorite activity was the bonfire and low country boil. We highly recommend it for the whole family with Jongle Beach Concierge Services.

We were so excited to be the very first guests at Jada's Dare! Your house is absolutely beautiful and the proximity to the beach was perfect - especially for our two families with little kids! Grayton Beach has always had a very special place in our hearts - but this year (and your home) took it to a whole new level! We made such wonderful memories around your dinner table, playing in the pool, and of course at the beach! Thank you for sharing your home with all of us! We can't wait to come back!
