Enjoyed this place a lot. Great location. Walking distance to beach. Close to grocery store. Very clean. Host and listing agent were very responsive to inquiries.

Cottage 62 was the perfect getaway for our friends! It had the perfect amount of space and amenities to accommodate our beach stay! We loved having great access to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. It was everything we needed to make our Labor Day enjoyable and relaxing! We hope to stay again soon!

This was our 1st trip to 30A and it was awesome. The house was so perfect for our family. The water here is so clear, we are from the east coast so it is so different. If you go to Surfing Deer get the banana pudding cheesecake it is a 10/10. We can't wait to come back.

The house we stayed in was awesome! Grayt 30a was fantastic about communication, everything was as expected or better and we were blown away at how clean the house was when we got there. I usually get a bit nervous about using other peoples kitchens because they can be a bit gross, but they had thoroughly cleaned the house and everything was perfect.

We have loved staying at Cottage 62! It is such a cute, adorable place to stay. The location is fantastic and so easy for us to ride bikes into the town, the beach, and other spots. This was our first trip to 30A, and we will definitely be back. Thank you for opening your lovely home to us!

This was our second Spring Break at Cottage 62. The home is so comfortable and we love the location, so when we went to book it just made sense to come back here! Our boys love being able to walk everywhere easily, and we like that it's off the beaten path and quiet, tucked away back here. Everything we needed was pretty much at our fingertips and I like the nice touches, such as the popcorn popper and waffle iron that make it feel more like home. We will be back!

Cottage 62 has been so beautiful and special for us. It has been a place of healing after the loss of our Dad/Husband. Thank you for opening up your home! It is the perfect location for a girls trip or any trip! We will be back!

My wife and I have stayed in Cottage 62 in Seagrove for a number of times. It is very close to Seaside, Publix and a number of restaurants. The home is very well equipped with every thing one would need for a wonderful vacation. We will be back for the month of February!

We booked for my daughter's 13th birthday and it was perfect for the three of us. I love how convenient it is but also it's so relaxing and calm feeling inside. We made great memories here! Thanks so much for offering your home to be ours for a few days.

We had a blast on our short stay in 30A. The house was great for our family of 5. Comfortable and clean with Plenty of space for us to hang and watch TV or play games, and we cooked some dinners at home as well. The location cannot be beat. Just a few minutes bike to public beach access, or an easy walk into town for coffee in the morning. We even road bikes to Publix for groceries. Speaking of bikes, we used our rental credit to rent bikes, an umbrella, and two beach chairs from the rental company affiliated with this property. It was seamless, and the equipment met our needs. If your are looking for a sweet little getaway, this is your spot!

We came to Florida last minute on business and had the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home. It is so clean and comfortable. It feels like a home away from home. The house is close to many thing we love about 30A. Thank you!

5 stars! What a perfect escape! Cottage 62 is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything we needed for our beach vacay. The owners did a wonderful job with the furnishings. The beds, sofa and chairs were all comfy, and our 3 teenage girls had enough room to spread out. The house is in a really convenient location off of the main highway with easy access to bike to the beach or Seaside. We even discovered the walking path, cut-through to the public Nightcap beach access. We were very happy to get beach gear credit which we used towards bike rentals and beach chairs. We can't wait for our next visit to Cottage 62!

A perfect beach getaway for our honeymoon. We called this place home all week, it felt so relaxing and fun. Amazing location near the beach and amazing food! Can't wait to come back!

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful and clean cottage! We spent our days beaching, shopping and eating great food! This cottage was the perfect size for our family of 4 and we were all so comfortable here. The home has such beautiful finishes and décor and we all felt like it was our own during our stay. We came to FL for our babymoon. This is our first child! We wanted to come some place we could relax and spend time together-just the two of us-and this cottage was the perfect place to do it. Thank you for providing such a lovely place-hate to leave!

The cottage was amazing! Our stay was restful, relaxing, and rejuvenating! Despite a tropical storm we enjoyed our stay and are already planning our next stay! We felt welcome from day one and like we were in our own slice of heaven outside, but close enough, to the beach! It was just a 5 minute bike ride to Seaside where we enjoyed nightly strolls, the Saturday Farmer's Market, and of course dipping our toes in the sand. This cottage didn't disappoint. The pictures looked amazing-just like all the houses on HGTV and a major reason I picked your home. It's a relaxing, beautiful home. Your kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the popcorn popper and popped popcorn for our card nights. Love the location-close to public beach entrance, bike to downtown Seaside and Publix. Our first time to Seaside and not our last-such a quaint town. You are lucky to have this house. Enjoy!

We so enjoyed our stay in Cottage 62! The location was "spot on" for so many things! We were here for a wedding weekend for friends, and Cottage 62 worked out great! Another fabulous beach trip in the books for the Spohns of Little Rock, Arkansas. This time we are officially empty-nesters. This is our first trip since the pandemic started. Both fully vaccinated, we knew Cottage 62 in Old Seagrove, our vacation "go-to", would be the perfect first trip as things began to open up. This home never disappoints! This little house was everything we needed for our weekly vacation to Seaside before school started. Great location and the perfect size for our family of 4.

This place was nearly perfect with 1 exception. Kitchen faucet was very loose. Location is a 15 min walk to Seaside, and 5-10 to the beach. Bedding was sanitized. TVs In each room. Beautiful outdoor patio. Well stocked kitchen. Awesome!

Cottage 62 was a blast! The world - and our country - are in chaos, but we escaped for a short time here.

Our visit was during the Coronavirus pandemic and the tragic death of Mr. George Floyd. The country is in chaos and it's so incredibly sad. Cottage 62 has served our family as a comfort over the past 6 years. We've celebrated here, cried here, and watched our children grow up. Once again, Cottage 62 played its role in the story of our family. God Bless!

Spent the entire month of Feb here, and really enjoyed it. We were close to our favorite places, such as Modica Market in Seaside and the Seagrove Village Market Cafe. They really have delicious shrimp and oysters. We liked the Catfish Po'Boy special on Fridays. This is a really nice home with all that one needs for a comfortable stay. Already reserved for Feb 2021...PS, we lived near here on Dogwood St for 20 years!
