We needed a getaway and it was absolutely perfect for New Years. The house was clean and comfortable with all the amenities and convenience of Seaside. Will definitely try to rent again.

We had a fabulous time. Your home is beautiful with just the right layout for grandparents on the 1st floor and grandkids on the 3rd. We enjoyed the beach and other amenities plus time to be together for family reunion. Thanks so much!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We made so many memories on this trip with our daughter. Loved that there was plenty of room to include grandparents! We enjoyed cooking together in the wonderful, spacious kitchen; playing cards and doing puzzles at the great dining table; and sharing meals and coffee on the balcony. Being just steps away from the beach, pool, park, exercise facility, and shopping (frozen bananas and ice cream were our favorites!) was amazing. We are so grateful for this time together.

What a beautiful home you have! We were so lucky to stay here and we enjoyed this house so much! Our 3 boys absolutely loved the bunk room with their own TVs! No fighting!! The kitchen was perfect, too. Love the bar area so much. Each bedroom has plenty of room and beds were so comfy. We loved being tucked back in Venice Circle - so quiet and peaceful. It felt like our own resort! We love Seaside and loved staying at your beautiful home. Thank you for sharing it!

Really enjoyed the property, it was very clean and the beds were fantastic. About 5 minute walk from house to beach and just 3-4 minutes from main Seaside.

We absolutely loved it here!! First thing we noticed as we drove up was the proximity to town and beach. As we walked in we noticed that the place was immaculately clean and well taken care of. Having my own cleaning business that's a big deal for me. We spent many nights at home making family dinners and found that the kitchen provided everything we needed to accommodate an amazing dinner. Some nights we went for walks after dinner and found the comfort in the security presence throughout the neighborhood. I think we pulled the car out of the driveway only two times, everything you need to do is right there within walking distance. We even took our bike to Publix to go grocery shopping. Beach days, girls shopping, romantic dinner in Seaside, biking, hiking, paddle boards, game nights at home and we even carved a few pumpkins. So many great memories made here. Can't thank you enough! We will be back for sure!!

Love this house and the location looking over the croquet lawn. Sitting on the porches, you will hear birds and the laughter of children at play. Close to the tennis courts, volleyball, and pools. Lovely shady walk to the Tupelo pavilion and the stunning beach. We took the short walk to the town center for shopping and dining. Black Bear for coffee and sweets in the morning, Bud and Alleys for sunset cocktails. The beach pavilions are also fine spots for the daily event. I am a big fan of the Life is Simple store, my husband likes Central Square Records and we all liked Sundog Books, Great Southern and Modica Market. It is fun to explore it all. To come back from the beach to this charming home was such a treat. Everything was just lovely with comfy beds and room for everyone to have space to relax. Try to take the paths between the houses now and then. They are a surprise. Also, the family pool is a nice place to do a few laps at the end of the day. We enjoyed the deer on their daily visits to the lawn. Have fun, we sure did!

This house is in an amazing location! We were within walking distance of everything Seaside has to offer. We enjoyed taking a leisurely stroll down to the town square for sight seeing and to get some treats. Nigels Bananas was a favorite of everyone. We went back several times. My personal favorite was the frozen cheesecake dipped in chocolate and covered in toasted coconut with caramel drizzle. The kids enjoyed walking right across the street from the house to throw the football and over to the park to play. We also enjoyed a few naps on the swinging bed on the porch. There were deer out on the lawn daily that we all enjoyed watching. This was by far the most peaceful, relaxing, and needed vacation. We definitely recommend!
