Billiken Bungalow

We really loved how inviting and comfortable this house was, especially enjoyed the puzzles!

We have had 25 trips to Florida beaches - Seaside and Santa Rosa are our definite favorites - but we have decided Billiken Bungalow is our favorite house to enjoy our family beach trip! We loved every thing about it - thank you for providing our family such a lovely place to make wonderful family memories!

This is house is amazing and the kitchen is so well stocked, everything you could possibly need or want was there. The location is great, close to the square and the beach!! Definitely a re-visit in the very near future!

We had a perfect stay! We booked this trip very last minute, about a month out, and it could not have been easier. We all agreed the space was perfect for parents, grandparents and our two little boys. The quick walk to Seaside, well stocked kitchen, pool to dip in after a fun day at the beach and comfortable sleeping arrangements were our highlights! The beach rental service that comes with your stay is also super convenient for your planning purposes. Feeling thankful for the memories made and hope to visit this sweet property again!

This is our 3rd stay at Billiken Bungalow - we first stayed when it was Abounding Grace - so much fun for our growing family! We have many wonderful memories of family time in this home - game nights, family dinners, pool time, and quiet moments enjoying a porch or balcony.

First visit to Billiken Bungalow. Accommodated our family of 8 very comfortably. Love the St. Louis theme. Loved the fully equipped kitchen. Beds very comfortable.

Thanks for the great memories - well equipped home and loved the pool! Wonderful trip, great weather! Favorite key lime pie - Seagrove Village Market! Cooked grouper from Goatfeather's Seafood Market one night. First day on the beach, a hammerhead came right up to the shore, 4-6 feet long!

We had a wonderful time spending a week at Billiken Bungalow! This is a fabulous house with detail to every need. It had lots of room for our three generations of family. The house was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, glasses, etc. When not at the beach, we spent most of our time at the great pool or on the screened back porch. The landscaping around the pool is lovely and there was plenty of seating for all of us around the pool and on the porch. All the beds were very comfortable. It is a very comfortable, relaxing home with many extras. The location is great with an easy 10 minute walk to the beach or to the shops and restaurants at Seaside. Also, Grayt 30A was great to deal with and checked in with us after we got settled to make sure all was okay. We have rented many houses on 30A, but this was definitely the best!
