Beach You To It, constructed in 2023, is a luxuriously appointed home featuring 3,495 square feet of indoor/outdoor living. Comfortably accommodating 12 guests, Beach You To It offers 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, hardwood flooring throughout, tasteful lighting and artwork, high ceilings, stunning coastal interior design, 8'x20' private heated saltwater pool (heating fee applies), multiple outdoor porches and driveway parking for 4 vehicles. Located in Old Seagrove, Beach You to It is a quick stroll into Seaside and about a 2-minute walk to the Hickory Street beach access.

We had an amazing family trip. All of our siblings got together and this was the perfect house. We walked to Seaside. We saw the New Years Eve fireworks, played in the pool, and played lots of games. A perfect house for a family get together. Cheers!

What a clean, spacious, beautifully appointed home. The pool was always clean and used daily, a nice place to talk or just relax around. We paid for the pool to be heated which was well worth the money. The screened in front porch was used for meals and for just relaxation. The kitchen appliances were great. The kitchen was great to cook in. The outdoor gas grill was a nice addition. The dining rooms sat 9 comfortably. There was more than enough room to have some separation time if wanted.

We enjoyed the pool, beach, Seaside shopping and capped off the visit with a delicious dinner at the Surfing Deer. Beautiful home and a great way to start 2023. Love the neighborhood and the quaint street. The proximity to downtown Seaside and the public beach access was so nice. Thank you for sharing your home. My family had the best time, this property is in a great location and is perfect for families with toddlers. As soon as we walked in, the house smelled so clean and inviting. This is a very well taken care of property and we are excited to book our next trip!
Thank you to the owners who are willing to rent this lovely home to our family. Great location and access to the beach. Heated pool is a plus in Dec/Jan stay! Excellent service from Grayt 30A to fix burner on stove which briefly wasn't working. Loved the quiet space in the back around the pool.
